We are completely loyal and dedicated to each and every potential client that walks into our law office.  We will work together with you to develop the best strategy to resolve your issues to your satisfaction.  At the Law Office of Katushca M. Grass, P.A., looking out for you best interest is our full-time job.

DIVORCE - A divorce dissolves your marriage even if your spouse wishes to remain married.  There are two ways to proceed in dissolving your divorce, uncontested (most amicable) or contested (requiring filling and service of a divorce complaint on your spouse).

ANNULMENT - An annulment of your purported marriage differs from a divorce in that it determines that it never occurred, allowing you to state you were never married.

PATERNITY - A paternity action must be filed to establish a father’s paternity of a child born out of wedlock in order to determine a mother and father’s respective rights and obligations regarding their child including child support, custody, and visitation.

RELOCATION - A parent may request the court’s permission to move out of town or out of the state of Florida with a minor child.  A parent may request a court order preventing such a move as well.

CHILD SUPPORT - We represent non-custodial parents in actions brought by the State of Florida, Child Support Enforcement Division to ensure that child support is established fairly and in consistent with state guidelines.

MODIFICATIONS - A modification for a change of custody, visitation, child support or other issues affecting his or her children may be requested after a divorce or paternity final judgement is granted.  Former spouses may increase, decrease or terminate alimony obligations order in their divorce.

ENFORCEMENT - Any obligation order by the court in a final judgment of divorce or paternity may be enforced by court action.

BANKRUPTCY - Bankruptcy works if you are struggling financially due to credit card debt, medical bills, pay day loans, foreclosures, unsecured loans, wage garnishments, repossessions, judgments, deficiency judgments or any other type of debt.

IMMIGRATION - We qualified to represent clients in all aspects of immigration law, including deportation defense, removal proceedings, naturalization, family-based visas, political asylum, bond motions, and motions to reopen in addition to our other practice areas.
